Iron fist fighting

Iron Fist Fighting, also known as Loh Mushti in Northern India (Punjab). Loh Mushti is the traditional Sikh form of boxing, just like the western world has boxing there was also a form of boxing among the Sikhs. However instead of using gloves, the Sikhs would use their steel or iron bracelets which came in many sizes and forms from battle field designs which include sharp edges, spikes etc. This form of boxing, known as iron fist fighting, can go as far as brutally killing or can be used to cause minimal harm to just teach a lesson.
